Physiotherapist
🏢 York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and dynamic Band 5 or current band 6 Physiotherapist to join our experienced and supportive Paediatric MSK Physiotherapy Team to develop into a Band 6 MSK Paediatric Physiotherapist. We also welcome applications from candidates qualifying in this area this year.
This development opportunity from Band 5 to Band 6 will last 12 months to 2 years dependent on your current experience and skills. Our successful candidate will follow a development programme through which it will be necessary to meet competencies. Through out this time you will keep a portfolio to evidence your learning and experiences.
Upon successful completion of these competencies, a Band 6 role will be achieved. If already working at band 6 level without Paediatric experience this timeframe can be amended.
The Scarborough team delivers high quality compassionate clinical care across Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale, to children and young people from 0-17 years, with a variety of MSK conditions.
We understand this is a very appealing role therefore the post may close early once sufficient applications have been submitted.
