Salary Banding: circa £19,000.00

Job Location: Homebased North West

Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract for up to 10 months

Hours (weekly): 35 - Monday - Friday

Due to an internal promotion, Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a homebased Housing Assistant for a period of up to 10 months covering a secondment.

You will be homebased and living in the North West, as there’ll be occasional travel to our Head Office, in Birchwood, Warrington, for meetings and training.

You will provide advice and guidance to housing applicants on our choice-based lettings schemes, with responsibility for processing of invoices and raising Purchase Orders. You will be performance driven, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet targets.

As a Housing Assistant, you’ll have….

• experience administrating data and documentation
• experience maintaining accurate records
• the ability to a successfully manage tasks to deadline
• excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, internally and with external partners
• a proven passion for handling customer and stakeholder enquiries through to resolution

You will be confident speaking with customers, as you’ll support with all aspects of gas compliance, including contacting our customers, compiling daily updates, and liaising with our compliance team and external contractors.
